Diagram List¶
The diagram list is the home base for everything you've built. Open it from Diagrams in the sidebar.
What's on the list¶
Each row shows:
- Thumbnail of the diagram image.
- Name.
- Hotspot count — how many parts the diagram contains.
- Assigned products — count of products this diagram is currently attached to (click the number to jump to Assignments filtered to this diagram).
- Status — one of:
- Live — at least one assigned product is published, hotspots resolve to valid variants.
- Unassigned — diagram has hotspots but isn't attached to any product.
- Has issues — hotspots reference deleted products / variants. Open the editor to fix.
- Archived — hidden from default view, not rendered on storefront.
- Last updated date.
Search and filter¶
- Search box — matches by diagram name and internal notes.
- Status filter — show only Live / Unassigned / Has issues / Archived.
- Sort — by name, last updated, hotspot count, assigned product count.
Row actions¶
Hover any row to reveal:
- Open — go to the editor.
- Duplicate — clone the diagram with all hotspots; the copy is
unassigned and named
<original> (copy). - Assign — open the assignment dialog directly from the list.
- Archive / Restore — archived diagrams don't render on the storefront and are excluded from the default view.
Bulk actions¶
Select multiple rows with the leftmost checkboxes to:
- Archive / Restore in bulk.
- Export the selected diagrams as JSON (Import & Export).
- Delete permanently (with confirmation — irreversible).
Delete vs Archive
Archive hides a diagram from active use but keeps the data and any history. Delete removes everything: hotspots, image, analytics history. Use Archive unless you're certain.
