Billing

Manage your subscription, see usage against plan caps, and switch plans. Open via Settings → Billing.

What's on the screen

  • Current plan — name, price, included caps.
  • Trial status — remaining trial days if applicable.
  • Usage this period — diagrams active, hotspot views, analytics retention used.
  • Plan options — list of all plans with Switch buttons.
  • Invoices — link to your Shopify Admin billing screen, where the app's charges appear alongside your other Shopify invoices.

Switching plans

  1. Pick the target plan.
  2. Click Switch. Shopify presents its standard subscription approval dialog.
  3. Approve.
  4. The new caps apply immediately. Shopify prorates the change on your next invoice.

Downgrading to a plan with lower caps that you currently exceed prompts you to reduce usage first (e.g. archive diagrams) — the downgrade can't proceed until you're within the new caps.

Cancel

Uninstalling the app from Shopify Admin cancels the subscription automatically. There's no separate Cancel button inside the app — this is by Shopify's design.

After uninstall, your data is retained for 30 days. Reinstall within that window to restore everything.
