Analytics

Understand what shoppers actually click, and where Parts Diagram is moving the needle on your storefront.

Open via Analytics in the sidebar.

Top-level metrics

  • Hotspot impressions — number of times the diagram was rendered to a shopper.
  • Hotspot interactions — hovers and clicks across all hotspots.
  • Add-to-cart events — items added to cart via the inline Parts Diagram popup.
  • Conversion — share of sessions with a hotspot interaction that ended in an add-to-cart.

Each metric shows the change vs. the previous equivalent period.

Time range & comparisons

  • Pick a preset range: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Custom.
  • Toggle Compare to previous period to overlay the previous range on the trend chart.

The retention window depends on your plan — see Plans & billing.

Per-diagram breakdown

Below the headline metrics, a table lists every active diagram with:

  • Impressions, interactions, and add-to-cart counts.
  • Click-through rate (interactions / impressions).
  • Conversion rate (add-to-cart / interactions).
  • Top three hotspots by clicks.

Click any diagram name to drill into a per-hotspot view: which parts shoppers are most interested in. Use this to spot:

  • Hotspots no one clicks (label may be unclear, or the part isn't relevant to shoppers).
  • Hotspots with high clicks but low add-to-cart (price, stock, or the popup UX may be the friction).

Per-product breakdown

A second table flips the view: which products generate the most interaction. Use this to identify candidates for:

  • Promoting in marketing — they're already drawing attention.
  • Adding more diagrams or richer mappings — shoppers are engaged here.
